NO. We will not sell, lend or lease the names of Panel members under any circumstances.

Are my responses to questionnaires and surveys confidential? YES.  Your identity and personal information will remain private and confidential at all times. This includes your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. Your name will never be released to any study sponsor or any outside party.

Does it cost anything to belong to TCAP?

NO.  Membership in TCAP is free to caregivers.TCAP members can earn cash incentives when they complete surveys as well as become eligible for special drawings for cash awards.

Do you sell any products?

No. Studies involving the evaluation of new products or services will always be without any cost to you.

Privacy Note: the samples for evaluation will always come directly from TCAP – we never release your personal information to any study sponsor or outside party.

Do I have to participate in all surveys?

NO. You choose when to participate and when not to. We would like you to participate in each study you are invited to join, but realize you may not be able to every time. We will never question your decision should you decline from participating in a study.

Can TCAP help me find someone to help assist me in my caregiving duties? No – however , while TCAP is unable to directly help you, we provide links to various resources that do offer this assistance.

Who is eligible to become a member of TCAP? Anyone currently providing care or assistance for a person who needs help as a result of an illness, disability, or as a result of the aging process.

How and when will we receive our cash compensation? By check in the mail, within 4-6 weeks of TCAP's receipt of your completed survey.

If the location of my loved one changes, what happens to my membership? Your membership continues. It is not the location of your loved one that makes a difference, you are still a caregiver. Your caregiving responsibilities may change and we will update that information as time goes on.

What if I don’t know the answer to a question, or I am not clear on how to respond? Feel free to call us toll free 1-877-595-6227 with any questions.

How will I be notified when I win a special bonus drawing?

You’ll receive notification and your check in the mail within 4-6 weeks of the closing date of the drawing.

Privacy Note: We will not publish the names in our newsletter.

What if I no longer wish to continue as a panel member? You are never under any obligation to continue. You may notify us via e-mail or letter to withdraw.

Do I have to pay for postage? No- all mail in surveys will include a postage paid reply envelope.
